ARTWORK SUBMISSION

Please use our upload form, or email all artwork to info@meltdowncereative.com.

There will be a minimum $25.00 fee for any artwork not submitted as print ready.

We define print ready as a vector file at 100% to the size you want with all fonts and strokes outlined, or a 300 dpi raster image.

Acceptable file formats for artwork are as follows: VECTOR: .ai, .eps, or .pdf - RASTER IMAGE FILE: .jpg, .png, .pdf

DEFINITION OF VECTOR

Art made up of paths which are defined by points, lines and curves. Vector art can be scaled to any size and retain it’s sharpness and detail at no loss in quality. Vector format is essential when any manipulation of supplied artwork is needing to be done.

DEFINITION OF RASTER

Art that has been flattened and is no longer editable in its original form. Though their size can be manipulated, raster images have a static resolution that is unable to be changed. Doing so may cause blurring or pixelation when manipulated, if said resolution is low (Under 300dpi).

ARTWORK CREATION FEES

Our general design fee is $100 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments. We take great pride in creating all artwork from scratch, but if you have a budget for your design needs please let us know up front. We strive to give you the best design at the best price possible.

Standard Design Time: 5-10 Business Days     Rush Design Time: 1-4 Business Days ($100 Additional Fee)

MCW CREATED ARTWORK

Any design created in house is held by copyright and remains the property of MCW. Artwork created by MCW can only be used for items printed by MCW. If a copyright release is required, the file will need updated and worked for release. Please submit your request to info@meltdowncreative.com with "Copyright Release" in the subject header, and we will get you an invoice for a small buyout and transfer of ownership.
