THE STANDARD
Gildan 5000 is our tried and true basic 100% preshrunk cotton tee. You can substitute in similar weight from different brands but in our experience it always comes back to Gildan.
For the price it’s a great tee, not super heavy, not super light, runs pretty true to size with a roomy cut.
Standard and sturdy in every way, shape or form. Gildan 5000 is perfect for giveaways, those on a budget, or when you want to test out a new idea.
THE SOFTY
Ringspun cotton shirts are the next step up from standard cotton. More fashionable, without the high fashion price tag. We generally suggest the Gildan Softstyle 64000, Bella & Canvas 3001, the American Apparel 2001W, or the Next Level 3600 . All are nicely cut, and boast and great combo of soft and sturdy.
If you are looking for a fashion fit style then you have found your style. Bands, clothing lines, and others looking to get away from a boxy cut without the top shelf price will do right with these.
THE RUNWAY
The most sought after tees out right now all consisting of a blend of cotton, polyester, and rayon, creating an amazingly soft and flowy garment. Bella & Canvas, Next Level, Alternative and American Apparel have set the standard for these luxurious shirts and are what most people are looking for when shopping for the highest quality tees.
Lightweight and very soft, can typically have a worn-in feel, and in some cases a worn-in look as well. Due to some of the processes these shirts are created with they may have unique features that make each shirt a little different.
These are great for the person, business, or group that know exactly what they want, and are willing to pay for it. Please keep in mind that these shirts typically run smaller than others.
Also bear in mind that not all print processes will work with blends of this nature.
