MCW CREATED ARTWORK

Any design created in house is held by copyright and remains the property of MCW. Artwork created by MCW can only be used for items printed by MCW. If a copyright release is required, the file will need updated and worked for release. Please submit your request to info@meltdowncreative.com with "Copyright Release" in the subject header, and we will get you an invoice for a small buyout and transfer of ownership.

COLOR MATCHING

As always we do our very best to match colors based on artwork being printed. If you are in need of a specific color for your design please let your representative know from the beginning. If you can provide a Pantone color(s) for your design that works even better. Due to differences in technology we cannot guarantee that any color displayed in a mock up will match 100% to what is actually printed.

SIGN PRODUCTION

BE AWARE: Due to decimated global supply chains across most industries, general production times are increased. 

Our general production time for sign work is 5 business days, which excludes shipping time, weekends, and national holidays. General turnaround times are not guaranteed, as certain factors can arise which may add production time. So if you have a deadline or need a rush please let us know and we talk over those services or how we can accommodate your sign needs.

2-4 business day rush: +50% of total order cost    1 business day rush: +100% (dependent on material availability)

SCREEN PRINTING PRODUCTION

BE AWARE: Due to decimated global supply chains across most industries, general production times are increased. 

Our general production time is 10-15 business days, which excludes shipping time, weekends, and national holidays. General turnaround times are not guaranteed, as certain factors can arise which may add production time. So if you have a deadline, or need a rush please let us know and we can talk through those services and how we can accommodate your screen printing needs.

6-9 business day rush: +30% of total order cost     3-5 business day rush: +50%     Under 3 business day rush: +100% (Provided garments only)

Acceptance of rush orders is at the sole discretion of MCW and will be decided based upon current production load.​

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT PRODUCTION

BE AWARE: Due to decimated global supply chains across most industries, general production times are increased. 

Our general promotional product production time is 15-20 business days, which excludes shipping time, weekends, and national holidays. General turnaround times are not guaranteed, as certain factors can arise which may add production time. So if you have a deadline or need a rush please let us know and we talk over those services or how we can accommodate your product needs.

 

Rush fees will vary based on the item.

MINIMUMS

As of January 1st, 2023 our minimum order for screen printing is 12 pieces. These can be a mix of styles, garments, sizes and/or colors as long as the print is the same. Other products have different minimums so feel free to ask us. As always at Meltdown the more you order the more we will discount the final price!

GARMENT POLICY

MCW stands behind the quality of our printing 100%. However, we are not involved in production or the quality control of any of the garments we print on. If we notice an issue with a garment before printing we will contact our supplier for replacement. Should replacements altar project deadline, notice will be given to customer, which must be responded to within 1-3 business days, or product will be removed from invoice. Please understand though that we cannot inspect every garment for issues and will accept no responsibility for issues with the garments themselves. This also applies to shrinkage and/or sewing issues. We apologize in advance but no refunds or reprints will be made for these issues we have absolutely no control over.

ORDER COUNTS

All orders are counted at delivery, on press, and in packing  - so it is rare that what we put in your box is not what you ordered. If you feel that there are things missing, please let us know. We also have a 5% over or under run (so if you get a few extra, we are nice guys). If you absolutely need each piece, we suggest ordering an increased quantity to accommodate for possible defects.

 

 

PROVIDED MERCHANDISE

If you choose to provide your own merchandise to be printed, we ask that you provide only new, unwashed garments for printing. MCW will not be held responsible under any circumstances for prints that washout, or a garment that is misprinted/damaged in any way, shape or form. If you bring your own merchandise for print you agree to have it printed at your own risk. There will be no reprints or refunds at any cost to Meltdown.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Our general policy is that once garments or materials have been ordered, no refunds will be issued. In case of accidents, which are rare, MCW will reprint or refund any mistakes over 5% of the total number of imprints.  We cannot return or redo any items or jobs due to incorrect proportions or sizes requested by the customer, or due to shrinkage. Please inspect all merchandise within 48 hours of receipt, if you think you have a claim please email us at info@meltdowncreative.com

PAYMENT

MCW requires full payment on all invoices upon approval, before production can begin. Submission of payment consents all invoice information is accurate and approval for production is constituted. Any requests for changes are at the discretion of Meltdown's approval. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express in store and online, checks and cash in store, and online only payments through PayPal and Stripe.
