ARTWORK SUBMISSION
Please use our upload form, or email all artwork to info@meltdowncereative.com.
There will be a minimum $25.00 fee for any artwork not submitted as print ready.
We define print ready as a vector file at 100% to the size you want with all fonts and strokes outlined, or a 300 dpi raster image.
Acceptable file formats for artwork are as follows: VECTOR: .ai, .eps, or .pdf - RASTER IMAGE FILE: .jpg, .png, .pdf
DEFINITION OF VECTOR
Art made up of paths which are defined by points, lines and curves.
Vector art can be scaled to any size and retain it’s sharpness and detail at no loss in quality.

COLOR MATCHING
As always we do our very best to match colors based on artwork being printed. If you are in need of a specific color for your design please let your representative know from the beginning. If you can provide a Pantone color(s) for your design that works even better. Due to differences in technology we cannot guarantee that any color displayed in a mock up will match 100% to what is actually printed.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Meltdown will reprint or redo any item or job that is not acceptable to the client by means of grossly incorrect color(s), damaged materials, unsatisfactory materials, or incorrect size. We cannot return or redo any items or jobs due too incorrect proportions or sizes requested by the customer. We do not offer refunds on custom jobs. All claims must be made by emailing us at info@meltdowncreative.com.
All claims must be made within 48 hours from the completion and delivery of said job. Once a deposit is made and materials have been ordered no cancelation or refund will be given. Please inspect all merchandise or work within 24 hours of delivery to avoid any problems.
PRODUCTION
All orders are produced in the order that they are received. Standard production times will vary by job but generally is no longer than 3 weeks from the time down payment is made. Rush services are available at the cost of $50 for 7 to 9 business days, or $100 for 4 to 6 business days. Orders are subject to additional production time from original date if the following delays occur: Artwork approval not complete, apparel/materials are unavailable or back ordered, or promotional products are unavailable or back ordered.
MINIMUMS
Meltdown’s minimum order for screen printing is 12 pieces. These can be a mix of styles, garments, sizes and/or colors as long as the print is the same. Other products have different minimums so feel free to ask us. As always at Meltdown the more you order the more we will discount the final price!
PROVIDED MERCHANDISE
If you choose to provide your own merchandise to be printed, we will not be held responsible under any circumstances for prints that washout, or a garment that is misprinted or damaged in any way, shape or form. If you bring your own merchandise for print you agree to have it printed at your own risk. There will be no reprints or refunds at any cost to Meltdown.

GENERAL POLICIES
A minimum 50% deposit is required on all orders, or you are welcome to pay in full up front. All balances are due on completion of the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All quote are subject to change upon review of provided artwork. Terms and prices are subject to change without notice.
